Wakefield builders started my house build at one of the worst times in New Zealand history.

There were lockdowns and no products coming into New Zealand. Building supplies were
very scarce.

Despite this, Mike was in regular contact with me and managed to find what was required to push through.

He kept me well informed of any price increases, to lessen the stress and I
now have a lovely warm sunny house to live in.

When we chose our section at Whakamoenga Point with its beautiful expansive views of the
mountain and the lake, we knew that to fully utilise the section and build our dream home we
would need a skilled and experienced builder.

through complex engineering issues with steep boundaries and difficult geological
limitations.

enabled the project to glide effortlessly through the whole building process to completion.

part of the whole process and enjoy every step. The finished house was way above our
expectation and the finish completed by the Wakefield Building Team was just exceptional.

Each join was meticulously made and every screw placed in line with precision. Adding a
few changes along the way was no problem, so we ended up with a house exactly what we
dreamed of and more.
